Choose a Design
Select and purchase a Hi-Fi Ready Made Design. You’ll receive a confirmation with instructions for setting up for your hosting account, and instructions for us to install your site for you.
Add Your Content
After we install your new site, we’ll hand it back over to you to style and add content.
Launch
When you’re ready to launch, we’ll take care of contacting the domain registrar with your new site host. Or you can simply login to your hosting account panel to edit your domain information. Easy instructions are provided for switching over.
After Care & Support
We handle all the updates & techie stuff so you can focus on running your business and getting more customers. HiFi Ready Made Designs include 6 months of updates for site features and ongoing hosting support, including daily backups, security monitoring, plugin and WordPress updates.

Can I use my domain name?

Do I Need a Webhost?
HiFi Social Web is a hosted and managed service. All the technical management and updates like installing site software, server configurations, plugins, maintenance, or troubleshooting technical issues are taken care of for you.
HiFi Ready Made Designs includes two levels of management: Web host, server and WordPress Management by Zippykid and site management by Hi-Fi Social.
Can I make updates myself?
Yes. Hi-Fi Designs are built on top of WordPress, the web’s leading Content Management System which makes updates easy. We provide tutorials for using and setting up your site.
Can I use my own hosting
No, currently that is not available. Our websites are part of an all-inclusive service that includes regular site updates, new features, design changes and ongoing security, backups and technical updates. For this reason, hosting is a part of our service.
What does support include

What does the installation include?
WordPress Installation, plugin installation and Ready Made Design installation.
What do updates include?
HiFi will handle updates for 6 months that include any updates to a design’s original functionality, and any new features that we add to HiFi sites. Plus any other necessary updates to keep your site current with the latest features and technical updates. It does not include any custom work.
Once I purchase my website, when can I start styling it and adding content?
Once you’ve purchased, your website is usually ready to go within 3-5 business days.
I have an existing WordPress site, can that be moved?
Yes, moving services are available. You will receive information for that when your hosting account is setup
Can you setup the content for my website?
Yes, we offer a premium website setup service. We’ll set your site up with your content, images, branding and get you launched quickly. This option will be available after you signup for a new site.
Web Hosting Payment
Web hosting is billed monthly and is handled by ZippyKid. Hosting payment is due when you launch your site.
Are there any longterm contracts?
There are no long term contracts, and you can cancel hosting at anytime. You are responsible for moving your site contents before you cancel. We do not provide support or site updates if you cancel your hosting.
I want to change a few of the elements and add some custom plugins. Can you do that?
Yes, we provide services for additional site work if you ever want to add something later. See Custom Websites and Site Updates for additional site work.
Can you design my site for me
No, we do not provide design services. We can convert a design into a Custom WordPress site for you. All Ready Made Designs are customizable, and a design can be easily setup and incorporated in most cases.
